I’ve known Jess for five years. Since I’ve known her she had expressed her passion for health and yoga. We have always discussed workouts, yoga and overall health. She’s dedicated to helping people feel better. Which is why I asked her over the past three years to take part in my Varsity basketball teams overall fitness routine. Saturday’s, early in the morning, she would drive to our teams practice and help my players stretch out their muscles. Getting teenage boys excited about stretching and yoga is hard, but they thoroughly enjoyed and asked for Jess to keep coming back. Her expertise and skills is something I would encourage all athletes or coaches to try to help theirselves, or their teams learn to calm the mind and stretch the body to focus and enhance their athletic performance on the court.
