When I started at Pushna I was nervous about starting something new I mean how could an obese person move so freely and become so flexible? LOVE Pushna!! With so many class options from yoga to strengthening classes like boxing and even SUP yoga, swing yoga, saunas…this place is a dream come true. I started attending classes at the beginning of January and have absolutely loved the classes, but something that also keeps me signing up and excited for class is the encouraging instructors and friends I have made here. There are so many different classes to join, I have done a majority of the classes at least once and have enjoyed them all! I greatly appreciate the many different variations of poses or workouts they give for all skill levels so you get the most out of your workout without hurting yourself or feeling left out due to the difficultly. I can’t emphasize this enough, it is a very caring and welcoming community, I feel safe and free of judgement every time I go to a class. I had zero experience with yoga and boxing before joining and I can see myself getting better each week.
